East Darfur students, teachers protest power outages

Students and teachers of secondary schools secondary schools in Ed Daein in East Darfur took to the streets on Tuesday to protest the poor supply of electrical power and lack of fuel that are disrupting their lessons.
A witness told Radio Dabanga that the demonstrators came from multiple locations in the city, and converged on the headquarters of the Commission of Electricity. The Director of the Commission pledged to provide a stable supply circuit by Friday.
