WFP rations delayed for Sudanese refugees in Chad

The Sudanese refugees of Touloum camp in eastern Chad have complained of a delay in the distribution of food rations by the World Food Programme (WFP). The head of the refugee camp, Haidar Suleiman Gardiya, told Radio Dabanga that the WFP delayed the distribution of food rations for the current month of December. “The rations were supposed to have arrived on 30 November. They have not been provided until today.” The residents of Goz Amer refugee camp in Chad are questioning the reduction of the contents of WFP food rations.
