Abu-Tira injures Zam Zam displaced

Displaced call on international organizations and UNAMID for protectionThe displaced Hater Mansour Tabor was purposely targeted during an attack by the Central Reserve Forces, also known as Abu Tira. According to witnesses from the Zam Zam Camp for displaced people where the incident happened, a member of the Abu Tira forces started attacking the house of a displaced and threatening his family.Several other displaced, among which Hater Mansour Tabor, tried to find out what was going on. The Abu-Tira then started to fire indiscriminately in the direction of displaced people, and willingly injured Hater, who sustained serious injuries in the process, along with a broken leg. He was taken to the hospital for treatment. The displaced called on Zam Zam camp activists and the United Nations to act and protect them from the repeated attacks by Abu-Tira forces. They also demanded for UNAMID to fulfill its role as a protector of the people.
