2500 new refugees in Goz Amir camp in Chad face poor conditions

A group of Sudanese refugees that arrived in Chad after recent clashes in West Darfur complain that the humanitarian situation is very bad. The 2500 Sudanese refugees have settled in Goz Amir camp. One of the new Sudanese refugees in the camp told Radio Dabanga that since their arrival at the camp the new refugees have not received any support from the aid organizations for up to six months. He described the situation of refugees in the camp as poor, noting that they are living in the open without tents, and appealed to humanitarian organizations and the United Nations to act to save them.
