Ten killed in Misseriya-Rizeigat fight near Um Dafug: initial report

More than ten people were killed and about three injured in a clash between the Misseriya and Rizeigat tribes on Saturday in Goz Sasilgo north of Um Dafug in South Darfur. A source in Um Dafug said that heavy weapons were used in the fighting. Radio Dabanga could not reach the authorities in Um Dafug for comment on the news.
