Two abducted women from Mornei released

Efforts of Mornei camp residents led to finding the two women who were abducted by an armed group on Sunday August 26. On that day a group of six women was attacked by gunmen on horses while they were on their way back from the nearby agricultural area. Two women were abducted while the other four managed to escape. A witness told Radio Dabanga that they found the two women on Monday August 27 in the area of Tofka, on the road from Mornei to Habila, 30 kilometers west of the camp. The two women in their thirties showed clear signs of abuse and suffered from extreme fatigue.
