Three traders from Hamadiya Camp arrested near Zalingei

Security authorities in Zalingei yesterday morning arrested three traders from Hamidiya Camp. A witness said they were stopped by a vehicle carrying six heavily armed security personnel.The three traders were traveling in a vehicle en route from Hamadiya Camp to Zalingei town. The security men ordered the traders who were on board to disembark after giving their names, and then they drove them to an unknown destination.

A relative of the traders told Radio Dabanga that the three were on their way to attend the final session of the pronunciation of the verdict against two suspects accused of burning their shops in the events of Hamadiya which claimed the lives of seven people. The three arrested men are Harun Omar Idris alias Harun Fur, Ibrahim Idris Abdullah alias Daldum, and Abdulrahman Musa Adam.
