Three murders and rape of 14 year old girl in Seraf Omra, Darfur

Gunmen earlier this week killed three people in separate incidents in Seraf Omra Locality in North Darfur and raped a girl.A witness told Radio Dabanga that an armed group of 12 armed men riding on a Land Cruiser opened fire on a vehicle coming from Zalingei to Saraf Omra. The attack resulted in the wounding of six and the death of a policeman and Yahia Abakr, a student at Seraf Omra West Secondary School.

The same witness said that an armed group killed a man named Bushara Hamid Mohamed and raped a 14 year old girl. They were on their way to collect firewood when the attack occurred.
