Sudan: Barrel bombs rain on South Kordofan

According to a statement to Radio Dabanga by Arno Ngutulu Lodi, spokesman for the Sudan People’s Liberation Movement-North (SPLM-N), on 17 April, six bombs were dropped on the Nyukur area in Dalami locality. Three civilians were injured, including a child, namely, Wazifa Osman (10), Mohamed Ebaid Bakri (40), Ayman Jafar Kuku (33).

Lodi continues that on Tuesday in Um Dorain locality, an Antonov dropped four bombs on Kurchi area and two bombs on Hajar-Katuka village.

On Thursday, two bombs fell into Umserdiba, and six bombs on Taulow, which damaged civilias properties. On the same day four bombs were dropped into Trogi area in Tabu, Buram locality, which caused a bush fire and terrorised civilians, Lodi concludes.
