Ministers warn of underestimating tribal conflict in Darfur
The Council of Ministers held a meeting in El Geneina on Friday dedicated to reviewing the security situation in Darfur. Some ministers indicated in the meeting that underestimating the tribal conflict in Darfur could be the most dangerous aspect of the crisis of Darfur. Sultan Saad Bahr el-Din of Dar Massalit warned of the aggravation of the crisis in Zalingei. He reminded that if left unsolved, the situation will lead to conditions similar to those witnessed prior to the rebellion in 2003.
