A source informed Radio Dabanga that unknown cases of fever and diarrhea, in addition to malaria, are spreading amongst high school students in Sirba locality, West Darfur. Ibrahim Al Amah Ibrahim, a student from the Sirba Secondary School in West Darfur, died on Wednesday. Three other students are in critical condition.According to the source the diseases are spreading due to the rainy season and the lack of medicine and health care. In addition, an organization that provides medical assistance withdrew from the area. He appeals to health authorities to intervene and resolve the situation.
