Land Cruiser of Humanitarian Aid Commissioner stolen in South Darfur

The vehicle of the Humanitarian Aid Commissioner of Bielel locality in South Darfur was stolen by gunmen on Thursday. The Humanitarian Aid Commissioner of South Darfur State, Jamal Yusif, said in a press statement that an armed group of masked men halted the “Buffalo Land Cruiser” of the Commissioner for Humanitarian Aid of Bielel locality, Mohamed Abdel Karim, and took the vehicle at gunpoint. The Commissioner was on the way home with his family, returning from a visit to the Nyala Trade Fair. The thieves fled in the vehicle without further harming the Commissioner or his family.
