The Justice and Equality Movement announced the signing of a unification charter with nine Darfuri armed factions. The movement announced that this would create a real alliance for resistance in the region. Ahmed Hussein Adam, spokesman of the Justice and Equality Movement, said the charter will pave the way for a new front, whether for peace or for war, depending on how the government responds to the demands of the Darfuri people.
