Hamidiya camp terrorised by random shootings at night

Random shooting throughout the night in Hamidiya camp for displaced people in Zalingei is terrorising camp residents. A coordinator of Zalingei camps told Radio Dabanga the shots were fired from three sides of the camp intemittently throughout the night with no clear target in site. He said the incidents have been reported to the UN/African Union Mission in Darfur who are yet to do anything about it. He said the shootings are intended for pro government militias to intimidate and terrorise displaced people inside the camp.
