Grenade blast ‘kills 1 and injures 7’ in South Darfur’s capital

The explosion of a hand grenade at a livestock market in Nyala, South Darfur, on Sunday has left one man killed and seven others injured.According to sources, an Abbala militant, an alleged drug dealer, threw a hand grenade when he was chased by a member of an anti-drug squad at Nyala’s livestock market. Following the incident, the market was shut down for some time. According to sources, an Abbala militant, an alleged drug dealer, threw a hand grenade when he was chased by a member of an anti-drug squad at Nyala’s livestock market.
