Gang-rapes in Darfur; 45 women raped in East Jebel Marra in 45 days

A displaced woman was raped in Kass locality, South Darfur on Monday. On Wednesday, militiamen gang raped three displaced women in the area of Shangil Tobaya, North Darfur. About 45 women, including 12 minors, have been raped in East Jebel Marra in the period between 1 July and mid-August. In South Darfur, a woman (40) from El Batari-B camp for the displaced in Kass locality was raped by gunmen on Monday.
