Four South Darfuris dead, six injured as Sudanese army and PDF clash

Four civilians died and six were injured as a result of a clash between Sudanese army and Popular Defence Forces (PDF) troops on Saturday at the market of Manawashi in South Darfur. A youth group in Manawashi issued a statement condemning the incident. They called on the authorities to arrest those involved and bring them to justice. According to the statement, of which Radio Dabanga received a copy, Hanadi Obeid, Omar Abdallah Musa, Mohamed Musa, and Mahi Ahmed Hassan were killed, while Ahmed Adam Haroun, Mohamedein Abdallah Ateem, Adam Saleh Adam, Hassanat Haroun Abdallah, Huweida Idris Mohamed, and Shafie Mohamed Abdelrahman were wounded.
