Four injured in Central Darfur camp fight

Four people were injured in a clash between militiamen and residents of the Mukjar camp for the displaced in Central Darfur on Thursday evening.
Speaking to Radio Dabanga, a sheikh reported that militiamen attacked a group of youngsters at the camp on Thursday evening.
“Two young displaced and the head of the camp’s health centre, Abdelrahman Ahmed, who intervened sustained injuries. One of the attackers was also wounded.”
That the militiamen returned the next morning to the camp, and beat a number of displaced with sticks and whips. “The situation is still tense,” the camp elder reported on Friday afternoon.
