Federal Health Ministry plans hospital in Tine on Darfur-Chad border
The Federal Ministry of Health pledged to set up a hospital in the city of Tine, on the border with Chad. The Federal Minister of Health, after meeting the Wali of North Darfur Osman Kibir, said the ministry is providing full support to the hospital at Tine and will provide an ambulance, rooms for surgeries, laboratories and establish a pediatrics department. He vowed also to develop definitive solutions to the shortage of medicines and establish a number of health centers in remote areas in North Darfur.
