Diarrhoea kills three more in Sudan’s White Nile state

The medical source confirmed that Rabak hospital has received a number of patients.

He said that the residents in the rural areas are living in panic.

In the Sudanese capital Khartoum, health and population official for the Parliament, Imtithalk El Tureifi, has confirmed the death and infection of 140 people in Sinnar and El Gezira states as a result of acute watery diarrhoea, raising the cases from 88 to 107 infections this week.

On Monday eight infection cases of acute watery diarrhoea were registered in El Gedaref including one death.

A medical source told Radio Dabanga that six cases have been registered at El Gedaref hospital from various districts of El Gedaref locality, two of them at El Fao, one of whom died.
