Child killed in bombing in South Kordofan
A child was killed and seven others wounded when the Sudanese air force bombed Venda village of Dallanji, in South Kordofan on Thursday. Witnesses told Radio Dabanga that Farah Abdullah Faraj aged nine was killed, along with the destruction of a house belonging to Hassan Musa Hamed. Local leader Khamis Soba said the Sudanese air force has been targeting civilian areas, including the water stations and reservoirs. He demanded that the UN immediately intervene to save and protect civilians who are being subjected to genocide in the Nuba Mountains and South Kordofan.
