Celebratory gunfire on Eid injured 13 in Darfur

Gunmen firing into the air at random in different neighborhoods of the city of El Fasher during the period of Eid Al Fitr left 13 injured, according to a medical source. All of the injured were treated at a hospital in El Fasher. The most recent case is a woman named Fatima Adam, whom the doctors decided to send to Khartoum because of the difficulty of removing a bullet which had settled into her right arm. Similarly, in South Darfur, in Nyala, the concerned authorities arrested a group of military men and citizens suspected of causing wounds on the morning of Eid.
