Cattle owner dies in North Darfur Tawila robbery
A group of militiamen killed a cattle owner near Tawila town on Monday.
Omda Mukhtar Bosh, coordinator of the Tawila camps for the displaced informed Radio Dabanga that “elements of a government militia shot dead El Sadig Abdallah Abdelkareem and stole 80 of his cows in Bawabet Sijili, two kilometres east of Tawila”.

He said that a joint force of army troops and paramilitaries of the Popular Defence Forces tracked down the perpetrators, held four of them and handed them to the authorities in the North Darfur capital of El Fasher.
