Bashir heads tomorrow to Libya for talks with Gaddafi on Darfur

President Bashir will travel on Wednesday to Libya, according to newspaper reports in Khartoum. He aims to discuss bilateral relations and ways to strengthen cooperation on the Darfur issue, the government said. An advance delegation arrived today to Tripoli, while the president himself will arrive tomorrow. The present delegation comprises General Bakri Hassan Saleh, Minister to the Presidency, General Mohamed Atta Abbas, the director of the security apparatus and national intelligence, and Kamal Hassan Ali, Minister of State at the Foreign Ministry.
