West Darfur bakers strike against high flour prices

Bakery owners in West Darfur areas began a strike on Thursday protesting against the high prices of flour and the poor security conditions in the region. They also claimed to be protesting against the imposition of taxes and the poor security situation between Tandalti, Armankul and El Geneina. The strike is expected to last a week, they told Radio Dabanga.
