Three die in militia attacks in South and North Darfur

Two people were shot dead by armed robbers in Abu Selala, Tullus locality in South Darfur, on Sunday. In Shangil Tobaya, North Darfur, a farmer was overrun by a vehicle of the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces.
“Militiamen attacked several people in the area of Abu Selala, with the purpose of robbing them,” a listener told Dabanga.

“Militiamen attacked several people in the area of Abu Selala, with the purpose of robbing them,” a listener told Dabanga.

He complained of an increase in robberies and killings by local militias “these days”.

In North Darfur, Hafiz Adam died when elements of the RSF in a Land Cruiser attacked him, while his was tending his farmland in the area near Shangil Tobaya.

A relative of the victim told Dabanga that they drove into Adam without a warning. He died instantly.
