EL GENEINA (30 Mar.) – The secondary school certificate examinations started on Monday, March 29 accompanied by restricted security measures in West Darfur. The Ministry of Education assigned three examination centres in El Geneina, Zalingei and Garsila.

The Ministry of Education assigned three examination centres in El Geneina, Zalingei and Garsila. The director of examinations in West Darfur, Dafallah Adam Ahmed, said that the candidates are 10.506 students this year. A citizen from West Darfur complained that the candidates faced transport problems and they were late to reach the examination centres, elaborating that this problem was caused by delayed funding for the armed forces to secure the student convoys.
