Residents of Alleit Jarenabi in In Mellit locality, North Darfur complain of a sharp rise in millet and bread prices.

Owing to the lack of production during the last year, residents are suffering an unprecedented rise in the price of millet. Listeners told Radio Dabanga that water is on distributed to districts two days a week.

People from the Hajar El Asal area of Nile River State are complain of a lack of bread and sharp rise in cooking gas prices.
