SPLM officially ends a boycott of parliament

SPLM and other southern parties are no longer boycotting parliament sessions. This was said by the president of the SPLM parliamentary block, Yasser Arman in a press statement. The reason behind this announcement was widely believed to be the recent agreement, which managed to rescue and revive the comprehensive peace agreement between the South and North.

As for the absence of members of his parliamentary block for the morning session, he would simply justify that it occurred for reasons unrelated to the partner, but rather due to internally unresolved issues and other arrangements regarding the enforcement of the First Vice President’s resolutions on SPLM vacancies in the parliament.
