A woman was raped by two soldiers near Fanga, East Jebel Marra, on Friday morning. They took her brother to their military base in Fanga.

A relative of the victims told Radio Dabanga that the members of the military attacked the sister and her brother, Mubarak Ibrahim, north of the base at 10 am. The men beat Ibrahim before raping his sister.

They did not release her until 1 pm, according to the relative. The soldiers then took Ibrahim to the base and left his sister.

The relative expressed his concern and feared that Ibrahim will be killed or tortured if nobody intervenes.
