They added two sisters were raped. A camp’s activist said that last Wednesday, two members of the security services abducted the sisters at gunpoint, took them out of the camp and raped them.    The sisters’ family reported the incident to the police; however, they did not take any action against the perpetrators, even though they had been identified by the victims, the activist explained. According to the source, the abuses the displaced suffer at the hands of the armed forces led sheikhs to request a meeting with the regional commanders of the army and of the police. During the meeting, sheikhs asked the security authorities to arrest the perpetrators and bring them to justice, the activist told Radio Dabanga. In addition, the activist continued, sheikhs asked that the security authorities prevent members of the Central Reserve Forces (known as Abu Tira) from entering the camp when carrying weapons.Radio Dabanga file photo
