The area of Fanga, about 30 km northwest of Shangil Tobaya, was recaptured by government forces from the rebels on Thursday.

“At 10 am, the Antonov started bombing again. It seems that the area of Jebel Selo Kandero, south of Doma, near Shangil Tobaya, was targeted,” the source added.
