Protests in North Darfur against ‘intermediaries’ allocating Unamid jobs

Dozens of citizens protested in front of Unamid headquarters in El Fasher, the capital of North Darfur, on 17 November, complaining about “intermediaries” intervening in functions offered by Unamid in El Fasher.Mohamed Ali, spokesperson for the protesters told Radio Dabanga that they presented a memorandum to Unamid, demanding non-interference of intermediaries for any Unamid function.
