The prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC) Luis Ocampo  said that monitoring Sudan’s election next month would be like monitoring a vote in Germany in Hitler’s time. Ocampo was speaking at a news conference in Brussels in front of observers of the European Union delegation to monitor the elections in Sudan. He spoke a day after Bashir threatened to expel the international election monitors for saying the elections have to be delayed to deal with the logistical problems. In three days 16 million people have to vote throughout the country.
