Four lawyers were allowed to pass the roadblocks to hand over the petition at the presidential palace.

In Nyala more than sixty (60) lawyers protested in front of the local government building in South Darfur. Adam Sharif, a prominent lawyer, demanded the government of South Darfur to guarantee security in the Darfur region and tackle the high prices of essential commodities.
