Laywer Abdulrahman Gasim, an activist and laywer for human rights was released last Friday. The week before, thursday night nine detainees were released.

Laywer Abdulrahman Gasim, an activist and laywer for human rights was released last Friday. The week before, thursday night nine detainees were released. There are still three detainees who were not released, those being Mr. Jaafar Sabki, editor of Al Sahafa newspaper; Mr. Abdelrahman Adam Abdelrahman, an editor of Radio Dabanga; and Ms. Kawthar Abdelhaq Omer. Laywers demanded the release of the last three detainees.
