Persons formerly known as Janjaweeds are now fully incorporated in the Sudanese Armed Forces and they are no longer operating in isolation. Ahmed Elmasri, the leader of the assembly of the Rizeigat Arab tribe, told this to the US Special Envoy to Sudan Scott Gration, in Nyala, South Darfur, last Friday.  Elmasri stressed that the rest of the members who left the militia went back under the umbrella of tribal leadership.
