The displaced people from the following villages east of Nyala accuse the National Congress Party of registering new settlers in the ongoing voter registration: Vacha, Hijair Sambo, Andur, Arba il Jimeiza, and Takela.  The former inhabitants live now in Kalma camp. The new settlers or so-called ‘foreigners’ are being registered as inhabitants of the villages of the IDPs. A sheikh of Kalma camp said that this is forgery and he demanded them to be expelled from their home areas. In another report, a citizen said the National Congress Party uses the automobiles of the expelled aid organizations in its election campaigning in Rehaid El Berdi in South Darfur. He added that the vehicles being used have license plates of the expelled organizations (24/61 and 24/48). Radio Dabanga could not contact the National Congress in Al Rehaid to comment.
