High incidence of ‘autumn diseases’ in South Darfur
The Sudanese Federal Ministry of Health, in its final “health emergency report” on autumn diseases, records that Kassala state in eastern Sudan has had the most cases of autumn diseases, including diarrhoea, followed by South Darfur state. Sennar state has recorded the highest figures of cases of inflammation of the respiratory tract, followed by South Darfur state.
