Gunmen injure two men in robbery in El Fasher, N. Darfur

Two men were injured in a robbery of a shop on Sunday in the capital of North Darfur. Two employees, Mohamad Adam Ali Adam and Adam Harun Fajir were injured when gunmen stormed the shop and stole ten large sacks of sugar and the amount of four million pounds in cash.

Two employees, Mohamad Adam Ali Adam and Adam Harun Fajir were injured when gunmen stormed the shop and stole ten large sacks of sugar and the amount of four million pounds in cash. The attack occurred at the shop of Tayeb Abu Bakr Abdullah in a northern residential district of El Fasher. A witness told Radio Dabanga that the group came at dawn on the back of two four-wheel drive Land Cruisers and were wearing military uniform. The gunmen asked the two workers to give them money and when the workers asked the identity of the attackers some of the gunmen opened fire. The wounded men were transferred to the El Fasher hospital for treatment.
