Grenade kills man, injures two children in West Darfur

In the Abu Zur camp for the displaced, El Geneina locality in West Darfur, a man was killed and two children were injured by a hand grenade. One of the camp sheikhs told Radio Dabanga that an unidentified man on Sunday evening threw a hand grenade at Saber Adam Hassan in the Jebel neighbourhood, when he was on his way back to the Abu Zur camp.The explosion killed him outright and seriously injured two children. They were transferred to El Geneina hospital for treatment. The Sheikh added that they filed a complaint with the police.File photo
