Refugees in Djabal Camp in eastern Chad complained of deteriorating security and repeated theft of donkeys from the camp.

Refugees in Djabal Camp in eastern Chad complained of deteriorating security and repeated theft of donkeys from the camp. The refugees said that incidents of thefts, especially of donkeys, rose after the departure of international troops in eastern Chad last month. The forces had patrolled to protect the camps.
