Displaced captured by Abbala ‘missing’ in South Darfur

Five Abbala militias “armed by the government” seized seven displaced persons who left their camp to collect firewood on Monday in South Darfur.Marshang camp’s sheikh said four of them were found locked up in a prison in Malam city on Tuesday and the other three are still “missing”. Speaking to Radio Dabanga, the source said the attack took place north of the camp at 3:00pm. The names of the victims are: Ahmed Mohamed Tambaj, his brother Ismail Mohamed Tambaj, Ismail Ibrahim Abdelmoly, Sayf al-Din Mustapha Adam, Yaqoub Shumein, and Hamuda Youssef Adam.
