Darfuri students threaten to leave university

Students from the Darfur region are threatening to leave the Red Sea University in protest. In a press conference, the students said the harassment and arrests by security services was to target them because they come from Darfur. On Wednesday evening, the security services arrested the President of the Darfur Association of Students in Port Sudan, Mustafa Mohammed Taj El-Din, and member Mohammad Yahya. Two others were arrested and released. The students announced their alliance with the Sudan Revolutionary Front and launched a peaceful calling for the overthrow of the regime in Khartoum.
