Commercial vehicle carrying 7 passengers looted on W. Darfur road

Four gunmen intercepted on Wednesday a Land Cruiser commercial vehicle with seven passengers en route from El-Geneina to Kendebe camp in West Darfur, one of the victims reported. Speaking to Radio Dabanga, he said the attack took place at 6:00pm in the area of Borda, one kilometer from the gate of El-Geneina North, adding two perpetrators were riding camels and two were riding horses. A native of Kendebe said the passengers were beaten and stripped of all of their possession by the gunmen who carjacked the vehicle and fled.
