Central Bank of Sudan vehicle hijacked in South Darfur

In Kass locality in South Darfur on Saturday, militiamen hijacked a Toyota belonging to the the Zalingei branch of the Bank of Sudan. Speaking to Radio Dabanga sources reported that on Saturday afternoon “government-backed militiamen” ambushed the double-cabin Toyota (Model 2013) under a barrage of fire in the area of Tur, north of Kass town.The attackers told the passengers, including the manager of Zalingei branch of the Bank of Sudan, to get out.
