Air raids kill three farmers in Darfur

Aerial bombardments north of Jebel Marra in Darfur killed two people on Wednesday morning. Speaking to Radio Dabanga, sources reported that on Wednesday morning 6am an Antonov began bombing the area north of Jebel Marra. One of the air raids killed Izzeldin Bakhit Musa (28) and Maryam Ishag Abakar (35) outright while they were tending their farmlands in the area of Burgo, Rokoro locality, in the northern part of Central Darfur. The sources said that the Sudanese Air Force bombings in the region north of Jebel Marra continued until the afternoon, targeting the areas of Burgo, Rufta, Dibba Nayra, Kaura, and Si Yamo. On Saturday an air raid killed Adam Musa Yahya Jamus (52) at his farm at Um Haraz, west of Jebel Marra. Speaking to Radio Dabanga, sources reported that on Wednesday morning 6am an Antonov began bombing the area north of Jebel Marra. One of the air raids killed Izzeldin Bakhit Musa (28) and Maryam Ishag Abakar (35) outright while they were tending their farmlands in the area of Burgo, Rokoro locality, in the northern part of Central Darfur.

The sources said that the Sudanese Air Force bombings in the region north of Jebel Marra continued until the afternoon, targeting the areas of Burgo, Rufta, Dibba Nayra, Kaura, and Si Yamo.

On Saturday an air raid killed Adam Musa Yahya Jamus (52) at his farm at Um Haraz, west of Jebel Marra.
