3.090 employees’ salaries lacking since last year, N. Darfur

About 3.090 graduates who were employed last year in North Darfur are complaining about not having received their salaries since, they told Radio Dabanga on Friday, 25 January. State officials attributed the problem to saying that the central government did not meet their financial obligations towards them, sources recounted.   Osman Kibir, governor of North Darfur, affirmed that the federal ministry of finance has not paid the income of the employees for over six months now. According to the governor, the state of North Darfur has paid the wages that amounted to 10.200 billion Sudanese pounds.
