A girl was killed in bombardments on East Jebel Marra on Monday.“An Antonov jet of the Sudanese Air Force started circling above East Jebel Marra at about 7 am on Monday. It continued doing so until 6.30 pm,” a listener told Radio Dabanga from Tabit. “People in the area fled to the neighbouring valleys and mountains.” “At about 5 pm the jet dropped four bombs on the area of Wadi Murra, south of Tabit. Dar El Naeem Mahjoub (12) was killed instantly, in addition to a large number of livestock.” He added that vast tracks of farmlands and pastures were ignited.
