Children missing, dozens still hiding in Darfur’s East Jebel Marra

During the attacks of the RSF and the Sudanese Air Force bombardments on East Jebel Marra, a week ago, about 26 children aged between 5 to 12 years, and a number of elderly went missing. Eight missing children came from the village of Dalma, seven from El Faki Idris, six from Taradona, three from Dubo El Omda, and two from Himeida village. The sources said that there are still dozens of displaced surviving in the valleys and the forests. They did not dare to continue their flight towards Shangil Tobaya, Tawila, or El Fasher, fearing they may be attacked by militiamen on the road.
